From the frontlines of ballot fights, to the pews of houses of worship, Elizabeth has worked with organizations ready and willing to contend for change. Starting as a faith organizer, Elizabeth worked to build a multi-faith network of justice seekers that mobilized on the issues that matter most. Moving outward into directly impacted communities, nonprofit and private sector organizations, and general community engagement, Elizabeth has worked hard to pull people from all walks of life into what makes them come alive.
Her experience spans the many layers of issue-based organizing and ballot campaigns such as Bodily Autonomy, Criminal Legal System Reform, Education Reform, and Economic Justice. She has worked on local and state-level ballot initiatives, building and executing field plans that have won big and moved thousands of volunteers. During her time as a Statewide Organizing Director, Elizabeth has managed new and seasoned organizers, built volunteer recruitment plans that pay-off, and built numerous programs that advance the vision and mission of the organizations she’s worked for.

She has proven her ability to deliver foundational team building programs, design and streamline campaign and organizational leadership flows, and be a visionary coach for people who are seeking more.
